Hello, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam comments? If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it’s driving me insane so any support is very much appreciated.
HI m8. Sorry for the late reply. Yeah spam is a pain in the butt try looking into this. it’s what i use.
For many people, Akismet will greatly reduce or even completely eliminate the comment and trackback spam you get on your site. If one does happen to get through, simply mark it as “spam” on the moderation screen and Akismet will learn from the mistakes. If you don’t have an API key yet, you can get one at Akismet.com. (Let us know how it goes)
